Mae Ryō Kata Dōri – Kokyū nage x Sasae Tsurikomi Ashi

As Uke grabs both of Tori’s shoulders and advances forward, Tori blends with the movement, places both forearms against Uke’s elbows, lifts one while lowering the other, and uses Uke’s momentum together with the circular action of the arms (one rising, one descending) to throw Uke. In this variation, Uke also adds a forward foot block, creating a barrier similar to Judō’s sasae-tsurikomi-ashi.
