Ude Hishigi Jūji Gatame is a Nage Waza and Katame Waza (throwing and grappling technique) from Jūjutsu and Jūdō, classified specifically as an arm lock (Ude Hishigi). It targets the opponent’s elbow joint by isolating the arm between your legs and applying hip extension to create leverage, compelling a submission. This technique can be executed from multiple positions, including guard, mount, or as a flying (Sutemi) variation
