As Uke grabs both shoulders, Tori uses an atemi to create space, extending one arm while opening space under the other. Tori then passes under Uke’s arm, stepping through and executing an enka pivot to generate the shiho-nage kuzushi. From there, Tori simply steps forward to complete the throw.
