Uke and Tori face each other. Tori delivers a Men Uchi strike to Uke’s face. As Uke raises his arm to defend, Tori seizes it—one hand at the elbow and the other at the wrist—then enters and cuts down to complete Ikkyō Omote. Once Uke is brought face down to the ground, Tori locks the elbow by placing his knee against it, securing the pin.
