Ganseki Otoshi – Meido Moore Variation

In this video, Meido Moore Sensei demonstrates the use of Ganseki Otoshi not as a throw, but as a stretching technique. While Ganseki Otoshi is traditionally performed from a collar grab, he shows that it can also be applied from a hair grab. Finally, in contrast to the classical execution of the technique, Meido Moore Sensei drops to his knees to complete the movement.
