Hazu Oshi Sutemi is a judo throwing technique (nage-waza) that belongs to the sutemi-waza family, or sacrifice techniques. It involves breaking the opponent’s balance forward by pushing with the leg (hazu) while dropping backward, using the combined action of the body and arms to throw the opponent. It’s a dynamic technique that relies on good timing, precision, and a strong sense of the opponent’s balance.
