Koshi Nage from Ude Kime Nage (Elbow-on-Shoulder Lock Transfer)

In this extract, Meido Moore Sensei demonstrates a Koshi Nage executed from a Ude Kime Nage entry. In this variation, Meido Moore Sensei locks Uke’s elbow against his shoulder and then transitions it to the opposite shoulder, maintaining control as his body orientation shifts. This transfer places Uke across his hips, enabling the throw through leverage on Uke’s extended arm.
