Hiroshi Isoyama Sensei receives an Ai Hanmi Katate Dori (palm up), secures Uke’s hand with both hands, enters under the arm as in Uchi Kaiten, applies Sankyō unbalance Uke upward, then finishes by sweeping both feet from behind in a double Ko Soto Gari–type Ashi Waza.
