Executioner choke and armbar from Sokumen Irimi Nage

This sequence demonstrated by Philippe Léon Sensei begins as a Sokumen Irimi Nage, but instead of completing the throw, Tori maintains close contact and transitions by wrapping the entering arm, already positioned along Uke’s face, around Uke’s neck in a reverse guillotine choke configuration, while continuing to control Uke’s other hand. Tori then drops to one knee, placing Uke’s controlled arm across the knee so that the elbow is supported and extended, creating an armbar structure while maintaining neck pressure. To conclude, Tori draws both arms backward while expanding the chest, simultaneously increasing pressure on Uke’s neck through the choke and on the elbow through the armbar.
