🔖 Technique Notes
As Uke launches a wide haymaker, Tori steps forward on the centerline, raising both hands: his rear hand stops the attacking arm, while his lead hand strikes Uke’s throat with an open palm. He then grabs Uke's attacking arm's sleeve and places his atemi hand on Uke’s cheek, turns Uke’s face to the outside, and in one continuous movement cuts downward as he drops the knee on the side of the cutting hand to the ground, bringing Uke down.
